Collating multiple evidenced based data points including genetics, this assessment is used to devise individualised programs with the particular long-term aim of fostering physical and mental independence well into the last decades of one’s life
What to expect:
Our in-house longevity exercise specialists will re-assess clients' abilities across all three domains to gauge improvements and adjust their exercise program accordingly.
*We recommend a follow up 3 months after the initial functional exercise assessment and program implementation.
