Functional Exercise Assessment and Program - FOLLOW-UP

Our proprietary functional strength, stability and endurance assessment has been developed in line with the Mygene Protocol. Collating multiple evidenced based data points including genetics, this assessment is used to devise individualised programs with the particular long-term aim of fostering physical and mental independence well into the last decades of one’s life

What to expect:

Our in-house longevity exercise specialists will re-assess clients' abilities across all three domains to gauge improvements and adjust their exercise program accordingly. 

*We recommend a follow up 3 months after the initial functional exercise assessment and program implementation.
