Anti-inflammatory immune boosting shot

Ingredients

  • Organic ginger - 150g 
  • Organic turmeric - 50g 
  • Orqanic black pepper - 2tbsp 
  • Organic cayenne pepper- 2tbsp 

(added to each shot, just before drinking):

  • Organic lemon- a good squeeze ~ 2tsp
  • Organic extra virgin olive oil - 1tsp
  • Organic raw honey - 1tsp

Preparation

  1. Grate ginger, and turmeric into a pot with 2 litres of cold water.
  2. Add the freshly ground black pepper and cayenne. 
  3. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer for 20 min.
  4. Store in 120ml iars, fill about 90ml, and let it cool in the fridge. Makes about 7-10 servings/ 7-10 days worth 
  5. Before you drink a shot, add the heat sensitive stuff — Freshly squeezed lemon, EVOO, raw honey — We want to maximize their benefits so add these in cold before drinking. 
  6. Shake, and enjoy your anti-inflammatory immune boosting healing shot.
