Suggested use: Take 2 pumps orally, twice daily. Hold in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. May be mixed with a small amount of water.
Topical use: Apply a thin layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
